Import VAT and Customs Charges

All orders shipped from Iroko Industries in the United States to the United Kingdom are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms.

Iroko Industries does not collect UK import VAT or customs duties at checkout.

Any applicable import VAT, customs duties, and carrier processing fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment Before Delivery

Your shipment may be held by the shipping carrier or customs until all applicable import taxes and duties have been paid.

The shipping carrier will contact you with instructions for paying these charges. Payment may be required online before delivery or at an authorized carrier collection location.

Your package will not be released for delivery until the required payments have been completed.

Please be aware that failure to pay these charges may result in the shipment being returned to the sender, with additional costs potentially charged to the customer.
